We are a growing company seeking a VP of Marketing with a background in Hospitality to propel us to the next level. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced yet collaborative environment.

Requirements for VP of Marketing:

  • Restaurant Marketing experience
  • Experience managing retail products, including creative packaging, shipping, and distribution preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills for developing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Significant experience in management and profit & loss (P&L) oversight.
  • Proven track record in budget and project management.
  • Deep expertise in leading qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on brand health, consumer behavior, and product portfolios.
  • Some travel in the South East

Qualifications for VP of Marketing:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in brand development within consumer packaged goods (CPG), particularly adult beverages.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a marketing department in a highly competitive category across multiple brands.
  • Strong experience in leading and managing creative, paid media, and public relations (PR) agencies.
