Plant Manager Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor high-performing cross-functional teams (Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, Production, Maintenance, HR, R&D, QA, and Sales) within a food manufacturing environment, driving operational excellence.
  • Completes staffing plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; meeting targets; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; and resolving problems.
  • Champions continuous improvement by recommending and implementing effective strategies and action plans.
  • Drive production efficiency while prioritizing a safe and compliant work environment.
