Your responsibilities:

  • Program and develop new processes
  • Operation of all machinery used in facility and updating technology
  • Machine precision components and parts of injection molds
  • Troubleshoot and repair or redesign tooling

Requirements:

  • H.S. diploma/GED required and 2-3 years of CNC mill or lathe experience, including setup.
  • Proficiency in the use of measuring tools; micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, height gauges, optical comparators, thread gauges, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of software
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, understand GD & T
  • Experience with operating and set up of CNC lathe and live tooling
  • knowledge of 3 axis CNC mills.
