The ideal candidate will possess a strong logistics and transportation analysis background, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Operational Manager Responsibilities:

  • Analyze transportation data using Power BI to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Plan and analyze activities related to the efficient operations of waste transport.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and conduct regular audits.
  • Coordinate with route supervisors to manage schedules, repairs, and resources.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.

Operational Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics or transportation analysis, preferably in the waste industry.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Familiarity with waste management processes is a plus.

Operational Manager Education and Other Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of management experience recommended.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
