Press Brake Operators! Do you want to work for a family-owned company in which leadership is approachable, have great communication, and is present on the shop floor? Are you looking for a job that offers a variety of work, where every day will be different? This job shop would love for you to join their team – the 2nd/3rd shift positions are currently available.

Press Brake Operator Requirements:

  • Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner
  • Set up forming dies, operate brake press (Cincinnati), and tooling per standards
  • Install, align, and lock specified punches, dies, cutting blades, or other fixtures
  • Produce metal work pieces to quality and efficiency standards
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Perform all required housekeeping tasks

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • One year of brake press experience
  • Excellent blueprint reading skills
  • Ability to choose dies
  • Experience with a 175 or 350 brake preferred
  • Heavy manufacturing experience a plus

Press Brake Operator Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $24.00/hour to $27.00/hour – depending on experience
  • Shift Premium! add $2/hour to your hourly wage!!
  • Insurance starts after 30 days
  • Immediate eligibility for holiday pay
  • PTO within in first 6 months of employment
  • 401K
  • Profit Sharing Bonus! 50% is a cash payment and 50% of the bonus is deposited into your 401K
