Do you have a love for the culinary arts! Do you speak foodie! We are currently interviewing for a dynamic and talented Admissions Advisor. This is a sales role. The ideal candidate will have experience making outgoing calls, handling warm leads, and achieving high conversion rates? Experience in admissions at "for-profit" schools is highly valued, while also having the capability to problem-solve while demonstrating empathy and coaching skills to support potential students through life challenges and career transitions. **Please note that this position is not a remote role**

Admission Advisor of Culinary School Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective students, conduct campus tours, and guide them on financing options.
  • Calling out to warm leads daily (approx. 100 calls/day or close to)
  • Develop a deep knowledge of the institute's courses and effectively communicate their value.
  • Identify and reach out to potential students to increase the applicant pool.
  • Utilize sales techniques to convert leads into enrolled students, meet targets, and manage CRM system effectively.
  • Collecting payments

Admission Advisor of Culinary School Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience in any field, prior school admissions experience is a PLUS!
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding assigned calls per day metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales techniques and CRM systems.
