With an RCFE certification, you will direct daily operations, celebrate successes, and introduce new and innovative ideas to benefit residents and staff. You will lead your team to provide quality care while managing budgets and forecasts.

  

Assisted Living Administrator Benefits:

Assisted Living Administrator Qualifications: 

  • Active California RCFE certification required
  • 1+ years of experience
  • Successful record of maintaining regulatory compliance
  • Proven leadership and financial management in a community for seniors
  • True passion for senior care and loves making a difference in the lives of our residents

Assisted Living Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee all day-to-day operations to provide quality care
  • Hire, inspire and appreciate staff to maintain high employee engagement and retention
  • Implement budget and financial practices to achieve business objectives
  • Encourage individual and family participation as part of the care planning team
  • Drive and support the community’s strategic vision
