Our Client is looking for a Dynamic Business Office Manager for their Skilled Nursing/Assisted Living division to join their amazing team. Float Business Office Manager position that will be responsible for some travel from facility to facility to assist with training, onboarding of new BOMs, and covering in the absence of the BOM at facilities throughout the Wasatch Front.

Business Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Communications Skills: Must have the ability to convey information to another effectively and efficiently
  • Responsible for accurate and timely billing, claim status follow-up, collections, and customer-service-related activities
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of billing and collection workflow and make recommendations to processes and policies as appropriate

Business Office Manager Requirements

  • 1-year Skilled Nursing Business Office Manager experience
  • 1-year ICD-10 Experience
  • Experience with Utah New Choices Waivers
  • 1-year Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing/Accounts receivable Experience
  • Medicaid Billing Experience

Business Office ManagerCompensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Annual Salary $50-60,000
  • PTO, 401K, Healthcare, HSA
