Restaurant Manager

Seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to support leadership and oversee operations. Candidates for this role must be guest and team-focused and have a history of leading operations teams in full-service restaurant and bar operations. Restaurant Manager Requirements

  • Passion for guest service
  • 2+ years in a full service Restaurant Manager role
  • Excellent communicator
  • Driven with a desire to grow your career

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on oversight and management of restaurant operations
  • Focus on driving sales and profits while controlling costs
  • Provide, create, and promote a culture of hospitality throughout the team
  • Support leadership in the training of staff and successful operations
