Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – we focus on the quality of service and of our team
  • Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
  • Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
  • Assist the KM and EC when necessary
  • Manage high standards of service each shift

Assistant Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a leader in the kitchen
  • Strong leadership qualities: coach mentality, leading by example, upholding restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator
  • A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
  • Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
