One of New York's best restaurant groups in NYC is looking for a Restaurant Manager. This chef-owned restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Manager for one of its newest restaurants. If you are a Restaurant Manager with at least 2 years of fine dining experience and looking for a new opportunity with lots of growth, then this opportunity is for you.

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  •     Directs, implements, and maintains the service and management philosophy
  •     Anticipate guest's needs and respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
  •     Responsible for daily operations of our restaurant
  •     Familiar with scheduling, ordering, training, and development
  •     Lead by example
  •     Maintain a healthy and happy work environment

 Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  •     2 years of experience in an Fine Dining and High Volume
  •      Previous experience opening a full-service restaurant with a proven track record
  •      Strong analytical capabilities including budgeting and financial acumen
  • TIPS Training required
  •      Ability to motivate and drive performance throughout the team
  •      Must be proficient in food planning, preparation, purchasing, and sanitation
