We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen in the Western NC Mountains! You could be a great fit if you are a Chef Manager who is passionate about details and organization, and are ready to lead an already established team of chefs. This is a year-round full-time position, and will come with busier and slower seasons. Chefs who have leadership experience in a club, resort, or steakhouse environment and want to live in a gorgeous mountain setting should Apply Today! Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Accountable to the owner for the performance of the back of house team
  • Manage a fully staffed team of Sous Chefs, Line cooks, and Stewards
  • Ensure a high level of cuisine and service from the team
  • Excel in organization while overseeing cost controls and inventory management
  • Lead by example in professionalism and working to develop an already awesome team

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Experience leading a Club or Resort kitchen as a Chef with responsibility for all BOH operations
  • Experience in a Steak House is preferable
  • Strong understanding of financials and cost controls
  • Demonstrated success in areas of organization and detail management
  • Chef that is a culture builder and supporter – we have a great team and are only looking to add to it!
