This position is in the Beautiful Northern Mountains of North Carolina.

We are looking for an energetic Executive Chef for our beautiful Country Club! The ideal candidate will have a background in a club setting with members.

This is a single club managed internally and will require a chef that can come in and hit the ground running.

In a club setting, we need someone humble enough to handle feedback from members and also the personality to get to know them and impress them with consistent food! If this sounds like you, please apply today!

Executive Chef Requirements:

  • Must be willing to relocate to Northern North Carolina
  • Must have recent Country Club experience
  • Ability to work in a club setting with members.
  • Humble personality. No big egos.
  • At least 3 years as an Executive Chef in a country club setting.
  • Solid knowledge of food cost control.
  • Self-starter mentality. There is no culinary manager above this position and someone who can learn the menu and execute it consistently is required.
  • The ability to be creative and make frequent menu changes.
