We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Director to oversee the operations of our organization on Long Island. The ideal candidate will lead and manage the team, ensure efficient operations, and drive business growth. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience leading spa operations in a luxury hotel or resort with a passion for exceeding guest expectations. Compensation $140,000-$150,000.00 per year

Spa Director Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all departments
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
  • Oversee financial activities, including budgeting, payroll, and cash handling
  • Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
  • Maintain inventory levels and oversee procurement processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Spa Director Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in cash register operation and cash handling procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in team management and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and retail management practices
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees effectively
