Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of management experience in an upscale dining restaurant
  • Experience with sales of $5M+
  • Above-average wine and spirit knowledge
  • Staffing and Performance Management
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example with strong attention to detailed guest service 
  • Ability to thrive in an environment with established systems
