Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of industry experience, particularly in high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  • Comfortable with standard restaurant POS systems
  • Proficiency in wine, premium liquor, bar service, and service protocols
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to direction
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
