General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a casual dining restaurant
  • Ability to build and lead a team
  • Assists in the achievement of plan sales and profit levels while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction
  • Manages the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
  • Anticipates, identifies, and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
