Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Human Resources to join the team as an integral part of managing and leading the HR department to adhere to organizational policies and procedures. Apply if you have strong compliance and CA Law experience!

Sr. Manager of Human Resources Benefits/Compensation

Sr. Manager of Human Resources Qualifications/Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related
  • 7+ years of progressive experience and solid tenure
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Multi-office experience within retail settings
  • Business mindset with proactive leader
  • Strong leadership, organization, and accountability
