One of New York's best restaurant groups in NYC is looking for a HR Manager. If you are a HR Manager. with at least 5 years of experience in the hospitality field and looking for a new opportunity with lots of growth, then this opportunity is for you.

 

HR Manager Benefits:

HR Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Human Resources 
  •  Develop and uphold company policies and procedures
  •  Employee relations, performance reviews, and onboarding
  • Coordinate systems for personal leave, FMLA, workers comp, vacation days
  •  Support Management by providing HR counseling.

 HR Manager Qualifications:

  •  5 years of experience in Hospitality HR
  •  Bachelor's Degree in HR, Hospitality Management
  • Experience working with a majority non-exempt workforce 
  • Great communication skills
