Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Train and develop kitchen staff
  • Manage P&L, food costs, and inventory
  • Cultivate strong relationships, demonstrating leadership and integrity
  • Motivate the team to achieve objectives

Requirements:

  • Bilingual proficiency is required
  • 3+ years of experience in full-service restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • ServeSafe certification
  • Flexible availability for work schedules
