A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the resort/fine dining segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Food & Beverage Director Compensation and Benefits:

  • Monthly Housing allowance
  • Bonus up to 10%
  • Relocation and Visa assistance
  • 12 days of PTO
  • Employee Shift Meals
  • Employee discount at property restaurants

Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:

  • Must oversee the efficient running of all F&B operations.
  • Ensure adherence to company health & food safety standards and compliance with all laws.
  • Make sure F&B services meet and exceed guest expectations.

Food & Beverage Director Requirements:

  • 3+ years as a Food & Beverage Director at a luxury resort with at least 3 F&B outlets.
  • Caribbean experience is a plus.
  • Must have strong budgeting and P&L experience.
  • Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands year round.
