A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the resort/fine dining segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.
Food & Beverage Director Compensation and Benefits:
- Monthly Housing allowance
- Bonus up to 10%
- Relocation and Visa assistance
- 12 days of PTO
- Employee Shift Meals
- Employee discount at property restaurants
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities:
- Must oversee the efficient running of all F&B operations.
- Ensure adherence to company health & food safety standards and compliance with all laws.
- Make sure F&B services meet and exceed guest expectations.
Food & Beverage Director Requirements:
- 3+ years as a Food & Beverage Director at a luxury resort with at least 3 F&B outlets.
- Caribbean experience is a plus.
- Must have strong budgeting and P&L experience.
- Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands year round.
