Are you a Restaurant General Manager with upscale dining experience and a true spirit of hospitality that is looking for an opportunity with a growing restaurant? We are looking for an upscale General Manager to run our fact paced restaurant. Creativity and collaborative ideas are very important with hands-on leadership styleYou will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the restaurant.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Holds Managers and team members accountable for cost controls, policies, and procedures
  • Holds team to high standards in food, beverage and hospitality standards of excellence
  • Creating and implementing tools to coach and develop the teams
  • Manage, the day-to-day operations
  • Maintain Policies and procedures
  • Generate a P&L/monthly declining budget, identify opportunities and control costs in all areas

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 2 years Experience as an upscale Restaurant Manager
  • Steady tenure, showing growth in each role
  • Strong financial acumen, including analytical skills and budgeting, with proven results
  • Strong leadership and communication qualities
  • Genuine team player mentality
  • Familiar with HR policies and procedures
