Assistant Hotel Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with the overseeing daily hotel operations, encompassing housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage services.
  • Promptly and efficiently address guest questions, concerns, and complaints. Work with department heads to integrate guest feedback and implement necessary improvements.
  • Help with budget planning and financial performance monitoring, emphasizing revenue management, cost control, and forecasting. Work with department heads to discover opportunities for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Aid in supervising staff across various departments, recruiting, and training.
  • Support the General Manager on special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning to increase guest satisfaction, overall hotel performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Requires 3 years of experience as a hotel Assistant General Manager.
