We are searching for an experienced Survey Manager to join our growing team of subsurface utility engineers and surveyors. The Survey Manager will provide daily supervision of assigned survey field crews on quality and survey methodology. Responsibilities and Requirements for the Survey Manager – Subsurface Utilities:

  • Read and interpret plans such as site, boundary, highway, profile and cross-sections, horizontal and vertical curves, pipeline, and foundation plans
  • Lead the process of collecting field data to produce positional information
  • Work with branch Project Manager to manage and oversee crews and projects
  • Insure QA/QC procedures and accuracy of data.
  • High proficiency with data collectors and total stations. 
  • Proficiency in the CI/ASCE 38-22 Standard/willingness and ability to learn.
  • Ability to read and understand maps, records, and plan sets. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PDF editor.
  • Must have good communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail.
