Paving Foreman Summary:

Our client is looking for a Paving Foreman to their team. The Paving Foreman plans, coordinates, and manages the onsite paving crew (asphalt/blacktop) to meet the daily and weekly goals for maximum productivity while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Paving Foreman Compensation:

  • $120 – 150k annually
  • Union position
  • Medical, Dental, Vision
  • PTO and vacation
  • Employee profit sharing

Paving Foreman Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the progress of paving/road construction sites.
  • The intermediary between workers and supervisors.
  • Scheduling and planning the paving work for the day.
  • Assigning daily tasks to field employees.
  • Utilizing the correct machinery at the job site
  • Ensure a safe working environment at the job site

Paving Foreman Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Paving Foreman.
  • Knowledge of job sites, crews, heavy civil construction, and paving projects.
