Are you a Luxury food and beverage professional? Do you enjoy the outdoors? Do you have experience with fine dining, casual dining, banquets, and catering? We need you on our team!

Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Food and Beverage manager in a Luxury environment
  • Experience with Fine Dining, Upscale Casual, and Casual Dining
  • Experience with Banquets and Catering
  • Hard work ethic and positive attitude

Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the service staff
  • Work in different outlets as necessary
  • Manage banquets as needed
  • Work with the Executive team on a vision for the food and beverage program
  • Schedule team members and actively manage labor
