We are looking for an experienced banquet chef! Ideal candidates will be highly organized, punctual, collaborative, and cooperative with a deep love for farm-to-fork, artisanal cooking! We want a banquet leader that loves the magic, opulence, and romance of a beautiful banquet!

This position is for a destination resort in Eastern Washington and will require living and working in a rural destination.

Luxury Hotel Banquet Chef Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Banquet Chef, Sous Chef, or CDC in a Luxury Hotel
  • Experience creating custom menus for special events and groups
  • Experience with social events including weddings
  • Experience with farm-to-fork food preparations
  • Collaborative and positive approach to working with sales
  • Strong working knowledge of Spanish is highly preferred

Luxury Hotel Banquet Chef Responsibilities:

  • Manage the banquet culinary team to ensure precise preparations
  • Work with the sales team to provide culinary options for banquets and catering events
  • Execute banquets on a high level with timeliness and precision
  • Create orders for food and kitchen equipment
  • Work with the Executive Chef on a culinary vision for the property
