We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Project Manager to join a medical device company focused on treating heart failure. This individual will be joining a world-class team of engineers passionate about the company's mission and aligned with shared values. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of success while maintaining a humble spirit.

Electrical Engineer Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop electrical engineering and software development projects
  • Define and develop fully-automated or semi-automated systems and processes to improve reliability, accuracy, and throughput
  • Define and address key bottleneck/quality related manufacturing pprocesses
  • Provide leadership and direction to direct reports
  • Collaborate with R&D, quality, and manufacturing to address issues

Electrical Engineer Project Manager Job Qualifications:

  • BS in electrical engineering
  • 8+ years of experience with automation and process improvements within a highly regulated industry
  • Demonstrated competency in verification and validation efforts for hardware and software
  • Experience with Labview, MATLAB preferred
