We are seeking an upbeat Assistant General Manager who can oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff members, and maintain high food standards. You will also be responsible for developing a positive brand image through consistent customer service and a strong understanding of restaurant protocol. With professionalism and a positive attitude, you will help contribute to the growth and popularity of our restaurant, as well as the long-term success of our employees.

RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Develop, coach, and direct the team
  • Support P&L management
  • Help drive top-of-line sales through marketing efforts within the 4 walls, 4 blocks, and 4 miles
  • 2+ years of related experience in high-volume upscale scratch kitchen dining
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for providing best-in-class service
  • Commitment to professional and personal self-development
