Sous Chef, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Benefits

Sous Chef, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Requirements

  • At least 2 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume catering or corporate dining
  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in Spanish highly desired

Sous Chef, No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Responsibilities

  • Support and oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure a high level of performance
  • Ensure quality and the highest standards
  • Meet client expectations and make adjustments based on feedback
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines and control costs
