Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

  • Strong base salary plus bonuses – 75K-82K depending on experience

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the restaurant with the ability to delegate and manage your managers
  • Hire, train, and develop a team
  • Build a strong relationship with guests
  • Kitchen experience or training is important
  • Positive attitude, proactive problem-solver, passionate leader

General Manager Qualifications:

  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years
  • At least 3+ years experience as a general manager
  • Hands-on management approach
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong leadership qualities – communication and flexibility are a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
