Join our vibrant culinary team at our casual Thai/Vietnamese restaurant, known for its flavorful dishes, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly service. We prioritize delivering authentic flavors and memorable experiences to our diverse customer base. We are currently searching for a dedicated and skilled Executive Chef who is very familiar with Thai or Vietnamese cooking to lead our kitchen

Executive Chef Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation, to ensure the consistent delivery of delicious and authentic Thai/Vietnamese cuisine
  • Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in accordance with regulatory requirements and restaurant policies
  • Control food costs, inventory levels, and purchasing decisions to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and freshness

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a casual dining establishment specializing in Thai or Vietnamese cuisine
  • Proficiency in Thai and/or Vietnamese cuisine, including knowledge of traditional cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients
  • Strong Financial understanding and ability to implement ideas into execution
