Catering and Events Operations Assistant General Manager Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Proven experience in catering and events operations and sales management with a track record of achieving, and exceeding revenue targets of 8M
  • 4+ years of AGM or GM experience in high-volume, multi-outlet events and catering venues
  • Detail-oriented – strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Develop and execute customized events
  • Proficiency in relevant industry software and tools
  • Oversee inception-to-completion planning and execution of events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
  • Lead and inspire high-performing catering and events operations teams – coach, mentor, train, and support
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and team members
