A rapidly growing and award-winning restaurant group is looking for an Assistant Project Manager. This would be a hybrid role of supporting new projects for restaurant buildout and assisting an executive with their calendar and day to day events. Assistan Project Manager Benefits:

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:

· Working alongside the President of the company to assist in the delivery of all phases of our projects from conceptual ideas to implementation

· Ensure priorities are managed; daily and long-term requests are addressed.

·  Schedule and attend meetings as needed, taking notes and recording minutes.

·  Respond in real-time to urgent inbound requests and scheduling updates form the President.

·  Manage several projects simultaneously

·  Close collaboration and communication with the President's team,

Assistant Project Manager Qualifications:

·  Proficient in Project Management software including AutoCAD, Adobe CS a plus 

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related experience

·  Strong presentation skills using rendering software, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite, and hand sketches a plus

·  Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook applications, FF&E procurement and software

· Must have weekend availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule
