Sous Chef Benefits:

Sous Chef Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in culinary management
  • High volume experience 5+ million in food sales is a must
  • Proven developer of people
  • Systems and Process-oriented
  • Experience with Inventory and Labor Costs
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience leading BOH teams of 20 or more per shift

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in creating and maintaining an exceptional culinary experience
  • Support EC in training, mentoring, development, and management of 60-80 team members
  • Support and ensure consistent execution of food and beverage recipes
  • Assist the EC in hiring, training, and developing team members
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety protocols are in place
