We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all catering operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

Catering Manager Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all catering events, including weddings, conferences, and banquets.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is brought to life.
  • Manage the catering team, providing training and support to maintain high service standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and refine menus.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Catering Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Catering Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of catering software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
