Inside Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Drive the company's goals for revenue growth
  • Coach team on questioning, listening, and problem-solving
  • Teach the team about our systems, find efficiencies, and eliminate errors
  • Measure output, monitor quality, and provide objective feedback
  • Builds and monitors effective Key Performance Indicators

Inside Sales Supervisor Qualifications:

  • At least a two-year degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Further education in sales, communication, marketing, and general business preferred
  • Minimum of three years in a sales leadership role
  • CRM experience and strong PC knowledge
