Executive Catering Chef

We are seeking an experienced executive chef to oversee and execute day-to-day culinary operations while delivering high-quality and creative breakfast items and lunches to a single private company. Executive Catering Chef Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure a high level of performance
  • Ensure quality and the highest standards
  • Meet client expectations and make adjustments based on feedback
  • Adhere to budgetary guidelines and control costs

Executive Catering Chef Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years as an Executive Chef in high-volume catering or corporate dining
  • A culinary degree or equivalent certification is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Creativity, menu development, focus on quality
