General Manager – We are currently interviewing for a General Manager. We are looking for a strong GM who can take a leadership position — a confident leader who is looking to join a solid, growing company. We off a great starting salary and an extraordinary opportunity to advance within the company.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on — This position will require you to be a team player who leads by example
  • Understands P&L budgets
  • Store, inventories, ordering, handling cash, and reports
  • Employee training and development — Culture
  • Creates lasting customer relationships
  • Loves Food and has experience with strong beverage programs

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • A Respectful Leader, Sound Decision Maker, Financially Astute Business Mind, and Kind
  • A tenured leader with the experience of $2.5+ million annual sales
  • Strong attention to the details, no clipboards (we lead by example), and a commitment to amazing guest service
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in upscale-casual or fine-dining restaurants
