Senior Firmware Engineer Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in embedded system design, with expertise in firmware development.
  • Experience with microcontroller/microprocessor-based systems such as ARM Cortex, PIC, or AVR.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in embedded systems development such as C, C++, Python.
  • Experience with developing products with motion/actuation.
  • Proficient in PCB design and layout.
  • Work onsite in Phoenix, AZ.

Senior Firmware Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop embedded systems solutions for smart home products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.
  • Develop firmware/software for embedded systems including device drivers, real-time operating systems and communication protocols
