Restaurant General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

· 3 years of high-volume restaurant management experience

· Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

· Experience finding and building a team of employees with a people-first culture

· Develop the team and provide paths for growth within the company

· Establish and build community relations

· Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment
