We are looking for a guest-centric, high-energy leader for a trendy breakfast/lunch concept. You will be responsible for setting the tone for guest service and product quality while ensuring the growth of the business — working side by side with your teams to deliver an exceptional experience, one guest and team member at a time.

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • 2 years as a GM minimum
  • Full P&L responsibility in a GM role
  • Possess a passion for developing teams by coaching, teaching, and training them to company standards
  • Must be able to work weekends & holidays as required
  • Enjoys working hands on with their team
