We are seeking a Restaurant Human Resources Manager to support our Operations teams with human resources tasks, payroll, recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing people development at the store level. This is a position that requires you to be present in the corporate office. We are an iconic, fast-food nationwide brand and we have a place for you on our team! 

Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:

  • Support Recruiting efforts at all levels
  • Update and monitor all online recruiting initiatives, job board templates, contracts 
  • Manage and distribute job postings to job boards
  • Recruit to keep company restaurants staffed to par
  • Fill applicant pipeline for store managers 
  • Work with the Operations team accordingly
  • Payroll functions for at least 450 team members
  • Support all HR needs of the team
  • Ensure proper training and ongoing development

Human Resources Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources in QSR
  • Experience in conflict resolution  
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Great at recruiting
  • Experience with healthcare oversight a plus
