We're seeking a General Manager to lead our dynamic team and elevate our guest experience to new heights. In this role, you'll:

  • Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service that keeps guests coming back for more.
  • Oversee daily operations ensuring smooth running and efficient workflows.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize profitability and exceed sales goals (over $2.5 million).
  • Utilize your financial expertise to manage budgets, analyze data, and make sound business decisions.
  • Champion guest service excellence by fostering a culture of hospitality that prioritizes guest satisfaction.
  • Embrace continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance guest experiences.
