Executive Chef: Mediterranean

A soon to open, vibrant, High-Volume Mediterranean restaurant located in the Upper East Side is seeking a Hands-On Head Chef to join the team.

If you have a background with Israeli or Turkish cuisines and enjoy working with fresh flavors and authentic ingredients in a fast-paced environment, then please apply.

 

Executive Chef Benefits:

Executive Chef Requirements:

·       3 years’ experience, preferably with Mediterranean (Israeli and Turkish) flavors.

·       Experience with High Volume: $10 million or more.

·       Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to lead and develop a large team.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of people.

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

·       Ability to oversee all kitchen operations in a high-volume environment.

·       Ability to collaborate with Executive Chef on seasonal menus.

·       Maintain sanitation and safety in a high-volume kitchen.

·       Mentor, Train and Develop a diverse team of employees.
