Relocation to North Georgia: Executive Chef Opportunity

We are in search of a talented and versatile Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and elevate our dining experience to new heights.

Our local neighborhood restaurant offers elevated breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, with brunch available on Saturdays and Sundays. Our menu, inspired by California cuisine, draws flavors from Europe and the Mediterranean, utilizing the finest ingredients. Additionally, we feature a full-service bakery, locally sourced coffee and tea, and fresh-pressed juices and smoothies prepared in-house.

Executive Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Oversee all aspects, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence and teamwork.
  • Create innovative and seasonal menus that showcase creativity and cater to diverse palates.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  • Manage food costing, inventory, and purchasing to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
  • A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef.
  • Extensive scratch cooking experience with a strong focus on breakfast, brunch, and dinner service.
  • Excellent business acumen, including budget management, financial analysis, and driving profitability.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Passion for culinary innovation and staying current with industry trends.
