Chef de Cuisine Duties:

-Lead, mentor, and guide the team.

-Cultivate respectful relationships with every kitchen staff member.

-Maintain a hands-on approach.

-Uphold rigorous standards for service and cleanliness.

-Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Chef de Cuisine Requirements:

-3+ years' experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role.

-Proficiency in inventory management and ordering processes, with prior experience being essential.

-Strict adherence to safety and sanitation standards is mandatory.
