A growing firm in New Jersey is seeking a REMOTE Trust & Estates Attorney to join their dynamic team. Trust & Estates Attorney Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000-$150,000
  • Quarterly bonuses

Trust & Estates Attorney Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Must be barred in New Jersey with a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Knowledge to guide clients in creating wills, trusts, and other related matters
  • Display exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Showcase strong attention to detail, analytical prowess, and problem-solving skills.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Efficiently oversee the administration of estates and trusts
  • Ability to support clients in court appearances and negotiate on their behalf
  • Book of business preferred (approx. 150K)
