Luxury Hotel is looking for a Learning & Development Manager!!! Be a part of a company with a solid culture with endless growth. This position will also oversee training at their nearby sister properties

Learning & Development Manager Benefits

Learning & Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Keep handbook & job descriptions current
  • Build out training program for both salary & hourly
  • Create systems for operations to run effectively and productively

Learning & Development Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of training & development management experience
  • Versed in AAA, Forbes and LQA standards and training
  • Experience and understanding working in restaurant operations and rooms operations
