Are you a dynamic Restaurant Manager with a flair for high-volume, full-service operations? We're looking for bilingual, hands-on leaders with a passion for scratch kitchens and exceptional customer service to join our team in Orland Park. Restaurant Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency is essential
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a full-service setting, managing a team of 30 or more
  • Proficient in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Experience managing a restaurant with an annual sales volume of at least $2 million
  • Financial acumen with an understanding of P&L, cost control, and financial issue resolution
